From there, I work on your behalf by reviewing opportunities, financials, leases, and key business fundamentals before you invest significant time or money.

Once a potential business is identified, we assess its true value. This includes normalising earnings, testing assumptions, identifying owner reliance, reviewing lease security, and evaluating operational risks that may not be obvious at first glance. You get clear, independent advice on whether the asking price is justified and where risks may justify a lower price or stronger buyer protections.

Finally, I support you in structuring and negotiating the offer. This includes assessing market conditions, due diligence scope, settlement timing, handover arrangements, and risk allocation. 

Once an offer is accepted, support is also provided in business planning, financial forecasting and guidance for obtaining finance.
